Experience
As a proud progressive and longtime volunteer with the Democratic Party of Wisconsin Milwaukee chapter, a director at a local advocacy organization, and community activist, this isn’t Karen’s first rodeo into politics.
Family
Karen lives in Greenfield with long-time partner Rob, stepdaughter Abigail, and their furbabies Robin and Sami. She’s called the 7th Assembly District home since 2008.
A Healthy Wisconsin = Healthy Wisconsinites
We can’t build healthy communities if we don’t have healthy people. In Madison, I’ll fight for Badgercare Expansion, a BadgerCare Public Option, and Prescription Drug Reform because no one should have to worry about going bankrupt because they got sick.
In addition to fighting for healthcare for all, I’ll protect a woman’s right to choose and funding for our public schools.
